Basic & Detail Engineering :
- Developing and issuing Datasheets and Specification for various Instruments and Control Systems.
- Preparation of complete detailed design drawings (such as instrument hook-up), lists (such as I/O, instrument & cable list) and MTO as required for project construction.
- Calculation and Specification of all Control Valves, SDV, Relief valves, Orifice Plates & Wedge tubes.
- Managing Subcontractor deliverables and Responsible for issuing key deliverables and supplier documents, conducting Factory Acceptance Test and Interface with site construction team.
Procurement Engineering :
Instrumaniaa is a supplier of flow, level, liquid analysis, pressure etc, sustainability solutions for process industrial markets.
- Developing and issuing Technical Bid evaluation report based on specification and datasheet;
- Checking and approving vendor drawings and documents as per project requirements;
- Conducting inspection and factory acceptance tests / inspections for various instruments (including packages) and final approval for site dispatch;
- Submission of all required field instrumentation Vendor enquiry documentation and performance of technical evaluations prior to order placement;
Construction: Decommissioning, Commissioning / Startup:
- Prepare & review all inspections documents (QCP, ITP’s, check list, Test sheets…);
- Elaborate all folders of the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of each System & Sub-systems of the project.
- Prepare the Commissioning Procedures; Operate Test Plan (OTP´s).
- Check lists, Functional Tests Sheets, Punch lists for each Systems and Sub-systems.
- Assist of each activities of Commissioning (Functional test, performance test…).
- Loop Checking& Commissioning of (FF/HART) Type FT, PT, TT, LT, PV, TV, LV, ESD valves with PST operation, Motorized valves, I/p converter, pressure switch and gas detector.
